Berry Country Fair (also known as Berry Markets) has approximately 200 stalls selling handmade / hand-produced products, arts and crafts, locally grown vegetables and produce, collectables, books, plants, leather goods, clothing and many other interesting stalls to browse. First Sunday of the month, except February.

 

Visit Berry Farmers Markets for your fresh fruit and veg, free range eggs, plants, honey, handmade soaps, jams, seasonings, and more.Held every second Saturday and fourth Sunday of the month.

Berry boasts an exciting range of popular eateries that cater for every taste. From cosy cafes to fine-dining restaurants you will find tempting menus and friendly service. You may want to book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Get active outdoors ...

Wilderberry is ideally located for outdoor fun. Seven Mile Beach, about 15 mins by car, is popular for surfing and paddle-boarding. Ranked among the top five beaches in NSW, you can learn to surf with local experts.

 

Cyclists of all ages and abilities can join the fun in the Tour de Berry each July. Local social events are held throughout the three weeks of 'Le Tour'. Enjoy fun, scenic rides on level or hilly routes around Berry.

Hire a kayak or bike and explore beautiful Kangaroo Valley.

Nearby Nowra offers excellent climbing for all skill levels - beginners to intrepid. Talk to Rob Crow at Climb Nowra - check out their FaceBook page.

 

Horse-lovers can book a riding session at Kimberley Park Stud, or an all-day trail ride at Kangaroo Valley Horses.

Explore nature...

Take a snack or a picnic lunch and enjoy sweeping views of the coast from Drawing Room Rocks above Wilderberry in the Barren Grounds Nature Reserve, The area is a birdwatcher’s paradise, with around 180 different species recorded. The spectacular 22 kilometre Kiama Coast Walk begins at Minnamurra and wanders past headlands, rivers, beaches, Kiama's town centre, to Blowhole Point then on towards more beaches and bays before arriving at Werri Beach near Gerringong. 

 

Bomaderry Creek walking track includes patches of remnant rainforest, spotted gum forest, dry woodland and small hanging swamps. Well worth a look. 

 

Take a short drive to the award winning Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventure, one of Australia’s premier treetop walk and zipline experiences.
